guys i think i got shadow banned for my gutter post
Never thought I'd be shadow banned, or index blocked (or whatever it is Bearblog does) for a post about a man pouring urine into local public infrastructure. I thought the world needed to know what sort of chaos is running in the streets these days. It's basically a public service!
I thought it's some sort of bug, so I started troubleshooting and it's interesting because it appears that no views are getting logged into the analytics, but the toasts still show up. This applies to all my posts.
Maybe this post won't even show up and I'm just ranting at the digital air.
I get it, maybe using the word piss is a bit crude, alright... and maybe yes it shouldn't be on trending... but to make it appear on my side that I am still on the list, and shut down the view count on what appears to be all my posts is a tad sneaky.
Not even a warning, email or whatever.
I'm not even annoyed at the fact I'm not visible on trending, but rather that I could've easily changed the post title to something more palatable if the term piss is apparently offensive. It's the sneaky way it was done that's grating.
Camman I'm workin ova here!
Just let me know if I'm breaking a rule, let's have a bit of dignity. It's not like I mentioned anyone's grandma.
